Submit a return request within 15 days of delivery. Eligibility is assessed under the conditions below.

The 3-step return & exchange process

Step 1 — Raise a request. Contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Step 2 — Return the item. We will share the approved return instructions.

Step 3 — Inspection. Approved returns are reviewed after receipt.

What is eligible for return or exchange

To be accepted, items must meet all three conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed — no signs of use, perfume, or deodorant
  • Original tags intact and attached
  • Original packaging included where possible

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or dry-cleaning are not eligible.

Note: Sale items are eligible for a size exchange only where stated.

Approved regular returns are issued as store credit. Refunds to the original payment method apply only to damaged or incorrect items in accordance with this policy.

The Buy-Back Guarantee

Currently, exchanges are for size changes on the same style only. If you would like a different style, you may return the original item for store credit and place a fresh order for the new style separately.
