We want every Saiyaara piece to feel like it was made for you. If something does not fit perfectly or you change your mind, our hassle-free exchange and return process is here to help. Read on for the full details of how it works.

The 3-step return & exchange process

Step 1 — Raise a request. Fill out the exchange form on our website or contact us on WhatsApp at +91 90154 75588 within 15 days of delivery. Share your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason. Our team confirms your request within 24 hours.

Step 2 — Ship the item back. In metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune), we arrange a free doorstep pickup at a time convenient for you. In other cities and towns, we ask you to self-ship the item to our Noida address — we reimburse ₹80 towards courier charges as store credit on confirmation of dispatch.

Step 3 — Inspection & dispatch. Once we receive the item, our quality team inspects it within 24–48 hours. If it passes inspection, your replacement size is dispatched within 48 hours. You receive a tracking link immediately on dispatch.

What is eligible for return or exchange

To be accepted, items must meet all three conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed — no signs of use, perfume, or deodorant
  • Original tags intact and attached
  • Original packaging included where possible

Items that have been altered, dry-cleaned, or show visible signs of wear will not be accepted. Exchanges are allowed once per order line.

Note: Sale items are eligible for size exchange only and cannot be returned for store credit or refund.

Refund timeline

Store credit is issued within 3 business days of the item passing inspection. Original payment method refunds (applicable for damaged or incorrect items) are processed within 7 business days of inspection. You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message as soon as the credit or refund is initiated.

Beyond returns, Saiyaara offers a unique Buy-Back Guarantee. If you have worn and loved a piece but no longer need it — perhaps you have changed size or style — we will buy it back at a fair value as store credit. Simply reach out with photos of the item. Can I return after 15 days?

Our exchange and return window is 15 days from delivery. Requests after 15 days cannot be accepted under normal circumstances. Exception: if your item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery regardless of the window and we will resolve it immediately.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 90154 75588) or at care@thesaiyaara.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement — or issue a full refund — within 5–7 business days.

How long does the refund take after pickup?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (24–48 hours after pickup), your replacement is dispatched within 48 hours. If you have opted for a refund rather than an exchange, the amount is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.

I live outside a metro. Do I have to pay return shipping?

For non-metro locations, we ask you to self-ship the item to our Noida address. We reimburse ₹100 as store credit on confirmation of dispatch. Keep your courier receipt as proof. Metro cities — Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Gurgaon, Noida — receive free doorstep pickup.

Can I exchange for a different style?

Currently, exchanges are for size changes on the same style only. If you would like a different style, you may return the original item for store credit and place a fresh order for the new style separately.

How will I receive my refund?

All returns are issued as Saiyaara store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue — this is the fastest option. The only exception is damaged or incorrect items, where a full refund to your original payment method is also available. Store credit is issued within 3 business days of inspection; original payment refunds within 7 business days.
