Saiyaara ships to every corner of India — from South Delhi to small towns in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, and the North-East. Here is everything you need to know about how your order travels from our workshop in Noida to your doorstep.
Delivery timelines
Standard delivery (5–7 business days) — free on all orders above ₹1,499. For orders below ₹1,499, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies. Most metro cities — Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata — receive their orders within 3–4 business days under the standard option.
Express delivery (2–3 business days) — available at a flat fee of ₹99 for select pin codes. Express shipping is offered at checkout where your pin code is eligible. Express orders placed before 2 PM on a business day are dispatched same day.

- Orders ₹1,499 and above — Free standard shipping
- Orders below ₹1,499 — ₹99 flat fee for standard delivery
- Express delivery — ₹99 flat fee (where available)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — ₹49 handling charge
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across India subject to courier serviceability at your pin code. To place a COD order, simply select “Cash on Delivery” at checkout. A nominal handling charge of ₹49 applies. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery — our courier partners may not carry change. Note that COD orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched; if you wish to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. COD orders have a maximum limit of ₹5,000 per order.
How to track your order
Once your order ships, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track directly by visiting the courier partner’s website and entering your AWB (airway bill) number. Delivery to Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
Saiyaara ships pan-India — we cover over 27,000 pin codes including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Whether you are in Jamshedpur, Udaipur, Nashik, Coimbatore, or Siliguri, your order reaches you. Delivery times to non-metro locations may extend by 1–2 additional business days beyond the standard estimate. If your pin code is not currently serviceable, our team will reach out within 24 hours with an alternative solution.
